1. Acceptance

By using StudyBetter you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Nature of the service

StudyBetter is an educational tool. It does not guarantee exam success, provide legal advice, or offer financial advice. All content is provided for educational purposes aligned with ICAI curriculum. Exam outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the Account screen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You may not: share your account with others; scrape or automate access; attempt to extract question data in bulk; use the service for purposes other than studying for ICAI examinations.

5. Intellectual property

Question content is licensed from third-party publishers or authored by us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell question content outside the service.

6. Limitation of liability

StudyBetter's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for exam outcomes.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
