Refund Policy

7-day free trial

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and pay nothing.

Refund eligibility

If you are charged and request a refund within 48 hours of the charge, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. After 48 hours, refunds are at our discretion and only for documented technical issues that prevented access to the service.

How to request a refund

Email refund@studybetter.in with your registered phone number and the reason for your refund request. We will respond within 3 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via Razorpay to your original payment method.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for: partial months already used; annual plans after 30 days; accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations.
